What are the differences between a Bookkeeper, Accountant, and a CPA?

Bookkeepers, accountants and certified public accountants (CPAs) all work with businesses' financial data. Bookkeepers record when a company receives, pays or owes money. Accountants provide more in-depth analysis than bookkeepers. A CPA or certified public accountant is an accountant with a license


What is a Transaction?

We estimate your monthly fee based on transaction volume. For example, a suppliers invoice to you which you need to pay would be reflected as 2 transactions: 1 for the entering of the bill, and 1 for producing a corresponding cheque / payment.


What if I don't need my accounting file hosted?

We work with a number of hosted and cloud-based accounting applications. The above is just a template that most businesses use. You may wish to retain certain functions and/or include additional tasks as necessary.


Are there custom packages available?
